Tyler has worked in the financial services industry since 2006 helping individuals and business owners protect their wealth and grow their assets.  Tyler takes a comprehensive approach in working with his clients utilizing his education as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), to help his clients achieve their goals.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jane and children, Madeline and Charles.  Tyler also enjoys golfing, boating and hunting and spending time at family cabins in Florence and Door County.

Ed has been helping clients achieve their financials goals since 2009.  He has experience working with families and businesses on protecting their assets, planning for retirement and growing wealth.  Ed also takes a comprehensive approach with his clients to ensure the financial vehicles they have are being used properly.  As a financial advisor, he makes sure to take time with his clients to educate them on how each investment and/or product works so they can make a sound decision for their financial future.  Ed is from Green Bay, Wisconsin and currently resides in De Pere with his wife Lashonda and two sons, Matthew and Michael.  He has a passion for golfing, hunting and spending time with his family and serving others.

Dylan has been an integral part of the Degeneffe Financial team since 2020.  During this time, he has replicated the service and standards that Degeneffe Financial provides to all clients in the financial planning process.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and was one of the first students to graduate from the new CFP Board approved financial planning program.  In his time at UWGB, he was the first president of the financial planning association and a part of the Finserv NextGen program with Carson Group and BlackRock.  Dylan grew up 30 minutes north of Green Bay in the small town of Abrams.  Like most people from Wisconsin, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and sports.

Lashonda lives in De Pere, WI with her husband Ed and two young sons Matthew & Michael. She enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and staying active. Lashonda has a great spirit for helping people and looks forward to working with you.
